• Detailed design for small residential alterations and additions: Driveway design, swept path analysis and ramp grade advice to achieve compliance with AS2890 and to ensure you will not scrape your cars when accessing your new property or driveway.

• Swept Path Assessments and Access or Compliance Advice: Using the latest in CAD & Autoturn software, McLaren Traffic Engineering can provide you and your design team with the expertise when it comes to accessing and manoeuvring within your proposed parking plans.

• Opportunities & Constraints Assessments for Due Diligence: A snapshot of the possibilities or problems, from a traffic, parking & safety perspective prior to purchasing a potential development site or recommendations to get the most out of an existing site.

• Certification & Design Assistance with AS2890 suite: Our sound knowledge and expertise around AS2890 will ensure your design will meet Australian Standards and we can provide Design Certification prior to building (CC) or on-site measurements and certification of the completed build to obtain Occupancy Certificates (OC).

• Response Letters to Council or Delegated Authority RFI: McLaren Traffic Engineering is a highly respected firm across all delegated authorities (Council, TfNSW etc) and should you need that detailed advice in response to requested information, we are your one stop shop.

• Peer Reviews: With over 30 years experience in Traffic Engineering, we can provide a second opinion in relation to already obtained Traffic, Parking or Road Safety Advice.

• Planning Proposals and DA: We have completed over eight hundred Planning Proposals and Development Application since our inception in 1995, we provide a comprehensive report to suit your development needs and will liaise with the design team and client to ensure approval during the application process.

• Road Safety Audits and Assessments: Within our staff we have a variety of Level 3, Level 2 & Level 1 RMS Accredited Road Safety Auditors in house to accomodate your Road Safety Audit Assessments within a timely manner.

• Construction Traffic Management Plans and Traffic Control Plans: Our staff are trained and accredited SafeWork Workzone & Traffic Management Plan designers, with experience and implementation of over one hundred and fifty sites across NSW.

• Land & Environment or Supreme Court Proceedings: Craig McLaren, along with the Senior Project Traffic Engineers have been involved in over three hundred and fifty Land and Environment / Supreme / High Court Proceedings.
